Week 5

This week is Mental Health week!  Each day I will be uploading a mindfulness/chill out activity for you to complete.  This is not extra work and is aimed for you to help reduce stress and anxiety. Lockdown has been difficult for everyone and I want you to know that school, Mrs Bamford and myself are always here for you to listen etc.  (Parents that means you too!) The week will end with 'Feel Good Friday!' you will NOT have any work uploaded for you to complete, I want you to use the day to do things that make you feel good! I will upload some activities that you might like to try, but whatever it is that you do, make sure it makes you happy! We will still have our usual Teams calls where we will be doing a mindfulness activity together.
