This week is Mental Health week. Especially during times like today, it is very important to look after our Mental Health.
Does your child know what Mental Health is? We have discussed this briefly in class where I said it's about our feelings and emotions.
It's important to remember there are no 'bad' feelings.
If you feel sad or angry, that's okay.
Having good mental health means you know what makes you happy and turns your sadness or anger into a feeling that makes you smile.
Every day I will post in the 'Jigsaw' section.
Aim to do one Mental Health activity everyday this week.
