Activity 1: Write the Tricky Word

Activity 2: Trash or Treasure

Activity 3: Write sentences including the treasure words and tricky words.

Create a storyboard of Meerkat Mail.

You are going to be writing about 6 parts of the story.

We are going to be doing this over three days: today you will do the pictures, tomorrow half the writing and Thursday the other half.

Remember these parts need to be in order and the first one needs to be the start of the story and the last one needs to be the end.

Draw a picture for each of the parts you want to write about.

We are going to use our knowledge of this to help us with number bonds to 20.

Verbally answer the following questions or write the answers down if you want to.

Why do you think Jonah wanted to punish the people without giving them a second chance?

What would you have done? Would you have punished the people or given them a second chance?
