Following on from last week's lesson on choosing our 12 leaders just like Jesus chose his 12 disciples, today we are going to think about what leaders do.
This week, something important has happened in the United States of America (USA). They have a new President - Joe Biden. He has taken over from Donald Trump.
Today I would like you to watch Joe Biden's speech by following the link below, scrolling down and watching the video (01.55).
Then I would like to think about if you became the leader of a country, what 5 things would you like to achieve? Try to think how you could help people, animals and the environment in your country and the world.
E.g.
You might like to make sure that no more animals become extinct.
You might like to give everybody an extra weeks holiday.
You might like to give everybody a home to live in!
