MUSIC WEEK

 

We explored the key elements of music during Music Week, using the Caribbean steel pans. Children listened to performances of different pieces and identified changes in duration, tempo, dynamics and pitch. They then had a go at learning some of the tune and chords for a traditional steel band piece, 'Yellow Bird'.
