Hi my lovelies!
So, today is our class meeting on teams at 11 o'clock. I'm really excited to see you all as I have really missed you! Just a couple of little things for the meeting, firstly you will need a teddy bear (or soft toy of your choice!) and secondly if you can make sure your microphone is on mute when the meeting starts otherwise it will be extremely noisy! See you in a bit!
Maths: We're going to continue with division by sharing today. It's going to be a practical session with a little recording. I've uploaded a document below with the sharing activity in. Please don't worry about printing out the plates or cakes (it's just a waste of paper and ink!) use actual plates (maybe not real cakes as some of the challenges get up to 55!) and whatever counters you want to use. There are three level of challenges, please read the teacher guidance and choose what is appropriate for you. In the document it talks about stem sentences, you can write these if you wish, but I would prefer to see you starting to record your work in drawings. I'll show you what I mean in the video below:
