Below are the spelling resources for this week. This week's spellings are all about adding vowel suffixes ('er', 'ed' and 'ing') to words with more than one syllable, where the last syllable is stressed. For these we double the last letter of the root word before we add the suffix. I've suggested that you might want to practise these and your own list of spellings each morning as part of your warm up.
