What's happening today?
Following on from our lesson this morning, look at the different number lines on the document sheet below and mark where you think the numbers should go on the number lines.
Each of the number lines are marked the same as the one below in steps of 10. You don't need to mark these but it might be a useful method to help you.
If you can't open the document or you are unable to print you can see the numbers you need to place on the lines below, so you can draw your own number lines and place the numbers on.
Challenge
If you would like an extra challenge these number lines are not split up in steps of tens. Can you work where the numbers go?

Last Thursday you did really well learning and recapping the main word classes that we need to know by the end of Year 2 - NOUN, VERB, ADJECTIVE and ADVERB.
Today we are going to focus more on the nouns because there are many different types of nouns. Thinking about the Katie Morag story you heard last week and the new one below can you make a list of nouns. Remember you are looking for people, places and things. You may even have some of the stories at home to help you.
