Please spend a minimum of 30 mins doing something active. This could be walking, running skipping, football practise, tennis practise, a bike ride; anything to increase your heart rate. If it is a warm day and you're outside, please stay in the shade, protect your skin and keep hydrated.
A ladder refers to an increasing number of reps throughout a workout. In this instance, it is 3, 6, 9, 12 and so on. What rung of the ladder can pupils reach in 8 minutes? The workout will start 3 Burpees, 3 air squats, 3 push ups, then move to 6, 9, 12 etc.
1 chilli: If you struggle to move up through the 3 times table you can work through a 2, 4, 6, 8 ladder.
3 chilli: You can choose which 3 movements they do for the workout.
You should rest for short periods when you need, count down from 5 – 0 then start again.
