What's happening today?

 

  • Before our meeting enjoy your reading book.
  • 9.20 - 9.40 Meet me online at 9.20 to discuss our Science task.  Today we are going to think about different types of animals and which animals hatch from an egg and which animals are born from their mothers.

  • Brain Break - Time to wiggle, today we are going to practise counting in steps of 5.
  • Mathsmoney problems see below
  • Theme - Time for some P.E!  - Take a look at the link from Mr Nichols on our class page and choose an activity.
  • 2.00 - 2.15 Meet me online this afternoon to share your animal sorting and to learn some young animal names.

Science

Following on from our live lesson, can you sort the animals below into two categories - Animals that hatch from an egg and Animals that grow inside their mothers and are born.

 

You can print the resources below, if you can not print, draw your own table and find your own animals or use the screen to view the pictures and write the name in the correct place in the table.
