Developing your child's imagination and creativity is just as important at Tanworth as it is to teach your child to read, write and count. Through opportunities to engage with the arts, your child's self-expression, understanding, vocabulary and ability to communicate will flourish.
At the start of term, we ask each child to draw a self-portrait. Here they are hanging up in our class gallery:
We began the term by experimenting with paint and exploring colour mixing.
We then explored and experimented with different painting techniques, including block printing and marbling.
