If you weren't aware already, it is 'Mental Health Week' this week. We are all very good at knowing how to keep our bodies healthy by eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and regular exercise but it is just as important to keep our minds healthy too. Therefore, I have planned a mental health activity for you to enjoy each day- keep your eyes peeled for them!
