For this new challenge you will need to bring out your inner Joe Wicks. I would like you to create a home workout for this page. Your workout should consist of at least 6 components: Warm up, exercise for arms/shoulders, exercise for core/abdomen, exercise for legs, cardio exercise, and finally a cool down. You can use any moves from the warm ups that we do in school and any moves that you may have done whist partaking in PE with Joe. I look forward to seeing all of your home workouts.
