Sparkly Start!
Year 1 went for a walk around our local surroundings in Tanworth-in-Arden village. They were super good geographers and spotted the local features.
Back in the classroom we could identify which features Tanworth-in-Arden did and didn't have.
The Everywhere Bear had been spotted in the village and people were sending us photos when they had seen him!
The children were so excited when Mrs Bamford had spotted him in the playground this morning so we went on a bear hunt and found him!
We've been historians and sequencing events from The Great Fire of London.
