Summer Term
Whilst we are always focusing on Maths and English this term, we will still be offering the children opportunity to develop their skills in other subjects through our thematic curriculum. This term’s theme is:
Our theme for the Summer Term is ‘Roman’s Rule’. During the course of the term we will be learning about the Roman invasions of Britain, the Roman Army, what the Romans brought to Britain and how the Romans lived. Our studies will also include a Roman Day workshop where the children will have a chance to engage with a range of artefacts and practical activities. I know the children will really enjoy the topic. Please see the separate sheet for more details about the vocabulary and questions we will be asking.
