The children in Year 3 are given 15 minutes in class for independent reading each day and are expected to read for another 15 minutes at home too.
Each child who is on the Accelerated Reader scheme has their own personalised ZPD which indicates which books they can choose from the library.
Should you wish to choose books from home, you are able to check their ZPD value and whether or not they will appear on the list of tests by following the link below.
There is also a link to the Accelerated Reader Online Quiz so your child can quiz on the book they have finished.
