Welcome back year 6!

I hope you all have had a lovely half term break and enjoyed fun in the sun with your family! I enjoyed lots of long walks and paddles in the stream with Ozzie 🐶 he very much enjoyed it too! 

If you've been watching the news with your parents, you might know that certain year groups are now back at school. The government has said that Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 can start to return to school from 1st June so I'm now going to be in school every day teaching some of you, who are back. Unfortunately, due to social distancing, I can't be with all of you but we will do regular Teams Meetings where we can catch up.

For those of you who are saying at home, I'm going to upload all of your work for the week in one go rather than day by day. This means that our class page will be organised slightly differently. There will be folders like the ones below and your work for the day will be inside there. There is no new learning now, we have covered all the new learning that needs explanations so I won't be putting up a PowerPoint each day- only when I feel more explanation is needed for a certain task.

I'll still be checking the blog daily, however, I'll only be putting up blogs myself a couple of times a week. If you need me, please do message me on there like normal. Your parents can also email the office and they will forward me the email. 

There's no work for Monday this week because Monday is a teacher training day in school so enjoy your extra day holiday! Learning begins tomorrow - Tuesday 2nd June!

I miss you all so much. I hope you are all happy- that's the important thing.
